Preparing for Your Reading: Intention - JanetWrightReadings.com

So what is your intention? Your intention, or your goal, is what you are saying you want, what you are working towards. Just a few minutes into each reading I ask you the client, "What is your intention for this reading?" If you have taken the time before the reading to think about your intention consciously, it can make your energy more decisive, focused, and easier to read. This helps the session to get to the point faster with fewer detours.

What's important to you? You don't need to have a perfect list before your reading, but a little thought and/or a little writing may help. The following are only sample goals: "I want to have much more restful sleep and work on my abundance." "I would like to clear my lower back pain, and have more confidence at work." "I want to strengthen and stabilize my relationship with my spouse/partner/friend." Keep in mind that speaking up about the issue that most matters to you at the beginning gives you more time to really grow.
